My Response:

a. What three new things of substance (if anything) did you learn?

I didn’t really learn much I found out that what I have tried to do for my projects tends to be what book did however I am still a bit confused as to how they determined that it would take a certain length of time to work on each step.

b. What, if anything surprised you?

Nothing really surprised me. Maybe the fact that Al had quit instead of staying to see what happened to the company. I found that the book used a lot of analogies to talk about certain issues which was really interesting and rather entertaining.

c. Identify characteristics of the Addie Model used in the book, if any.

All the characteristics of the Addie Model was used in the book. Analysis the phase was used to identify the problem. Design and Development Phases happened when the author tried to figure out how to go about making the project and then the Implementation is when the workers actually started the project and then at the end of the book we the Evaluation phase which is when the author identifies and learns from some mistakes he had made.
